Finally, I was able to grab a copy of this book last May 18th!  I just read a few pages & so far, everything is great!  It's informative in a simple & a bit funny way.  I already scanned all the pics inside & it made my mouth water!  I hope that a lot of people will be able to read the book & help promote our delicious food to local & foreign tourists.  I wish that someday, tourists will come here not only because of our amazing beaches or to find a Filipina wife but also because of our food. I hope that this book will really be successful not only here in the Phils. but also in other countries.  Mabuhay to Claude & Mary Ann!  Thanks for sharing your food trip.  More power!
